Tina Andrews is a multi-media artist of diverse disciplines born in Chicago, Il. She is probably best known for writing the Warner Bros. film "Why Do Fools Fall In Love" and the award-wining CBS miniseries: "Sally Hemings An American Scandal."
Her photographs have been widely published, most prominently in her award-winning, non-fiction book "Sally Hemings: The Struggle To Tell The Controversial True Story" based on her CBS miniseries of the same name.
Andrews' paintings and photographs have been exhibited in several American galleries and will be appearing throughout the year at Studio East Gallery, Greenport, NY; East End Art Council, Riverhead, NY; Guild Hall Museum, East Hampton, NY; Water Mill Museum, Water Mill, NY; and Ashawagh Hall, Springs, NY.
Fifteen of her abstracts are incorporated into the set of her one-woman performance piece: "Life in the Abstract" debuting at Highways Performance Space & Gallery in Santa Monica, California where she will have her first solo art exhibit in September.
