Annual Members’ Exhibit

 

The AAEH Members Art Exhibition will be held at Ashawagh Hall from July 2nd to July 11th. It is an exciting opportunity to show your latest artwork, and it is only with your participation that we can make this traditional event the best it can be.


An opening reception will be held at Ashawagh Hall on Friday, July 2rd, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm.


There will also be an Artist & Patron party on Friday, July 9, 5:00 to 8:00 pm. The exhibit will end on Sunday, July 11, at 3:00 pm.


Every member is entitled to exhibit one piece of art, not to exceed total of 625 square inches (height x width in inches, including frame). Sculptors should provide their own pedestals. As the show will be open to the public for the period of ten days, you will be asked to volunteer to sit for a slot of time. If you are unable to sit, please arrange to have someone fill in for you. The drop-off of artwork will be on July 1st, Thursday, at 5:00 pm.
